Founders of 4vod have been committed to new technologies for years. They continuously take part in the development of the Internet and interactive services in Poland. During their professional careers, they have participated in the development of numerous state-of-the-art TV projects, gaining vast expertise and experience. Observations, analyses and ability to predict market needs gave birth to the concept of 4vod - an enterprise to become a bridge between the broadcasters / content producers and the receivers of such content, i.e. diverse IPTV operators.

• Pawel Tutka - 4vod founder, active in the TV industry for 15 years. He started his professional career from participating in the creation "from scratch" of a new local TV channel. Afterwards, he started his collaboration with Pik-Net, the first Internet service provider in the region of Silesia, developing pioneer online television streaming based on Real Networks G2 technology. An important stage of Pawel's career path was his collaboration with TVN S.A. Group. Interactive services supporting SMS/IVR communication with viewers created for the purposes of several TV shows (Polish versions of Big Brother, Dancing with the Stars, Who Wants to Be a Millionaire? and other CallTV formats) marked new trends in the field of television and have been adopted by other countries. In recent years, working for the R&D Department of ITI Corporation, Pawel Tutka has been committed to the development of interactive multimedia services for the "n" DBS platform and the analysis and monitoring of the Polish IPTV market.
  
  Pawel is a renowned expert and training provider for leading broadcasters (TVN S.A. Group, MTV Networks Polska). He keeps track of new trends by attending international conferences, such as Consumer Electronic Show, NAB Show in Las Vegas, World Telemedia or IBC in Amsterdam.

• Michal Suchon - IT graduate of the AGH University of Science and Technology in Krakow. In 4vod, he ensures optimum performance of computer facilities and comprehensive project management. During the last 12 years, he has completed numerous innovative projects in the fields of IT and electronics. In 1996, he established one of the first amateur computer networks connected to the Internet in Poland and was a founder of an association supporting similar enterprises. For 4 years, he ran a company offering Internet access and server hosting services. In the years 2005 - 2008, he worked in Ireland as an architect of telecommunication and IT systems provided in the SaaS (Software as a Service) model.
